We ship nationally Australia-wide and to New Zealand

Delivery options & times:

Regular Post:
Australia: 3-7 business days
New Zealand: 7-14 business days

Express Post:
Australia: 1–3 business days
New Zealand: 3-7 business days

Order processing:

Orders usually leave us within 1–3 business days.
You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping costs:

Calculated at checkout based on your delivery choice. Free shipping available for purchases over $75 Aus wide and over $110 NZ wide. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? No stress!
You’ve got 14 days from receiving your order to return it.
Just make sure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags.

Exchanges:

Need a different size? No problem!

For size exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Once we receive the item, a $7.99 shipping fee will apply for us to send the replacement size. This fee must be paid before the replacement item is dispatched. Exchanges depend on stock so be sure to flick us an email. 

How to return:

Pack your item safely and send it back to Sunrise The Label PO Box 4084 Towradgi NSW 2518 Australia

Refunds:

Once we get your return, we’ll check it over and refund your original payment within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping:
You cover postage unless the item is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong thing.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Got a faulty or damaged item? No worries.
Email us with a photo at sunrise.club@outlook.com and we’ll replace or refund it – on us.
